Service area

Copper Clover Plumbing primarily serves St. Charles County and surrounding areas in the greater St. Louis region. We reserve the right to decline service for locations outside our regular coverage area.

Estimates

Any pricing discussed by phone is an estimate based on the information provided at the time of the call. Final pricing is determined after our plumber assesses the job in person. We will communicate any significant differences before beginning work.

Emergency and same-day service

We make reasonable efforts to respond to urgent calls promptly. Response time for emergency calls depends on current call volume, crew availability, and time of day. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival window for emergency service.

Appointments

Appointment windows are estimates. We will contact you if we are running significantly ahead of or behind schedule. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of weather, equipment issues, or prior job delays.
