When you submit an estimate request, we collect your name, email address or phone number, your preferred contact method, the service address, a description of the work you are requesting, and any photos you choose to attach. We do not collect payment information through this website.

How we use it

The information you submit is used only to review your request, prepare an estimate, and follow up with you about your yard project. Photos are used to assess the scope of work before a site visit and are not shared publicly.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising purposes. The estimate request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser signals to verify that a submission is human-initiated. Outside of that security function, submitted information is received only by Baumann Landscaping staff involved in reviewing and scheduling estimates.

Data retention

We retain estimate request information for a reasonable period. If your project does not proceed, we will not continue to contact you. To request removal of your information, contact us directly.

Our website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools that identify individual visitors. The estimate form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention, which may use cookies or browser signals to verify submissions are human-initiated. This is a security function only.
