When you submit a first-visit or returning-visit request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, your dog's name, age, breed and size, your preferred visit date, requested services, and vaccination status. When you use the general contact form, we collect your name and a contact method.

Why we collect it

We use this information to schedule your dog's visit, confirm vaccination requirements are met, prepare our staff for the type of care your dog needs, and follow up with you about your request. We do not use your contact information for marketing without your permission.

Vaccine and health information

Vaccination information is collected to confirm that your dog meets our health and safety requirements before joining group play. This information is kept on file for active clients and is not shared outside of Paws & Play staff.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising purposes. Our visit request and contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser signals to verify that a submission is human-initiated. Outside of that security function, information submitted through our website is received only by Paws & Play staff involved in scheduling and care.

Data retention

We retain visit request and client information for active clients. If you have not used our services in an extended period, we may remove your information from our active records. To request removal of your information at any time, contact us directly.

Cookies

Our website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools that identify individual visitors. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention, which may use cookies or browser signals to verify submissions are human-initiated. This is a security function only.
