By using the Paws & Play website or bringing your dog to our facility, you agree to the following terms.

Vaccination requirements

All dogs must be current on rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations before participating in group day care. We strongly recommend canine influenza vaccination. Proof of vaccinations is required before or at the first visit. We reserve the right to turn away any dog that does not meet our vaccination requirements.

Health and behavior

Dogs must be in good health at drop-off. Please do not bring your dog if they are showing signs of illness, including coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, or discharge. We reserve the right to separate or send home any dog that shows signs of illness or poses a risk to the safety of other dogs or staff.

First visits

First visits are by appointment only and include a meet-and-greet assessment. We assess temperament, behavior around other dogs, and general comfort in a group setting. Not every dog is a fit for group day care, and we reserve the right to decline enrollment based on this assessment.

Supervision and liability

Dogs in group play are supervised by trained staff at all times. Minor scrapes, bumps, and fatigue are a normal part of active group play. We are not liable for minor injuries resulting from normal play activity. We will contact you promptly if your dog requires more than basic first aid.

Cancellations

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel a scheduled visit. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to schedule future visits.

Accurate information

You are responsible for providing accurate health, vaccination, and behavior information when requesting a visit. Providing inaccurate information that puts other dogs or staff at risk may result in immediate removal from the program.
